The candidate should also have practical experience in e-commerce operations (Flipkart, Amazon, JioMart, Shopify). Key Responsibilities IT Support Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networking, and user issues. Basic troubleshooting on Windows systems, printers, email setup, Wi-Fi/LAN, CCTV, etc. Maintain IT asset records and ensure system uptime. Coordinate with existing IT support vendors for timely issue resolution. ERP / SAP B1 Basic understanding of ERP processes, especially SAP Business One. Assist users in ERP operations, reports, entries, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with SAP support partners for system issues or customizations. AI & Productivity Tools Good knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, workflow builders, data tools, etc.). Ability to use AI for documentation, reporting, automation, and improving team efficiency. Explore new AI-based solutions to streamline internal processes. E-Commerce Operations Manage daily tasks related to Flipkart, Amazon, Jio Mart, and Shopify . Product listing, catalog updates, images, description uploads. Order processing, shipment coordination, stock update, return/replacement handling. Sales tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring on marketplace dashboards. Coordinate with marketplace support teams when required. Required Skills Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP B1 . Strong understanding of AI tools and modern digital tools. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Shopify). Ability to multitask and handle operational workload. Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
