As a Product Failure Tracking and Analysis professional, your role involves identifying and accurately recording failures in products. You are responsible for ensuring that all product failures are categorized correctly and conducting root cause analyses in a timely manner. Your contribution is crucial in the new product development process as you use PLM to provide real-time updates to all stakeholders. Regular reviews are conducted to compare planned activities with actual outcomes, covering service strategy, DFS, and service manual. Additionally, you play a part in providing training to enhance the competency of engineers and channel partners.
