Role Overview: As a Product Failure Tracking and Analysis Specialist, your main focus will be on accurately identifying, recording, and categorizing all product failures. You will be responsible for conducting timely root cause analyses for identified product failures to ensure efficient resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately identify, record, and categorize all product failures - Conduct root cause analyses for identified product failures - Provide real-time updates through Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for New Product Development - Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment between planned and actual outcomes - Provide training to enhance the competency of Engineers and Channel Partners in handling HVAC Systems, with a specific focus on Room Air-Conditioner Installation Qualifications Required: - Expertise in HVAC Systems - Proficiency in Room Air-Conditioner Installation - Effective communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
