SSE/TL- Full Stack (Angular+NodeJs)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning technical decisions, ensuring best practices, and guiding the team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions for the AI-driven voice platform. As a Full-Stack Developer with leadership or mentoring exposure, you will lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews. Your role will involve working hands-on across the full stack, collaborating with Product Managers and Designers, designing and implementing scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time communication features. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews - Work hands-on across the full stack: backend (Node.js/TypeScript), frontend (Angular), and databases - Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time communication features - Ensure code quality, performance, and security across applications - Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and technology roadmaps - Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery - Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with leadership or mentoring exposure - Strong backend expertise with Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) - Solid frontend experience with Angular - Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent) - Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices - Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Additional Details: You will have the opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise solution building and explore new technologies & frameworks with accomplished solution architects & industry leaders.
