We are Visa Consultants based out of Gurgaon. The role would include sales and marketing to mainly B2C clients who are interested in travelling abroad either as tourists or business travellers etc. Leads would also be generated through our marketing / online campaigns. So communication, follow-ups etc to explain our services, send quotations, update CRM, close sale etc.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and supervise the team of visa counsellors. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all visa applications submitted by the team. Develop and implement strategies to improve visa success rates. Stay updated with policy changes from embassies, immigration authorities, and universities. Maintain direct communication with embassies, consulates, and partner institutions. Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for visa applications and success rates. Resolve complex cases, escalations, or application rejections. Conduct periodic training sessions for staff on visa rules, documentation, and compliance. Collaborate with the sales and admissions teams to support business goals. Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and ethical practices. Key Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree (Business Administration, International Relations, or related field). 5+ years of experience in visa counselling/immigration services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation abilities. Sound knowledge of multiple country visa policies (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure situations. Proficiency in documentation management and reporting.

Keep updated with the latest immigration/visa rules, policies, and embassy regulations. Provide pre-interview briefing and mock interview sessions (if applicable). Follow up with students/clients for missing documents or additional requirements. Maintain proper records of applications and ensure timely submission to consulates/embassies. Coordinate with universities, colleges, and relevant authorities when required. Handle client queries and provide professional solutions. Support the sales/admissions team with visa-related updates. Key Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s degree (any stream; preference for International Relations/Education/Management). 1–3 years of experience in student visa counseling or immigration consultancy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents. Good command of English (spoken & written); knowledge of other languages is a plus. Familiarity with online visa application portals and documentation software.
