You will be joining an urgent job opening with one of our direct clients in Gurgaon for the role of SOC L3. This is a Contract to Hire position requiring a minimum of 1-2 years commitment. To be eligible, you must have a total of 10+ years of experience with at least 7 years in a relevant field along with some experience in leadership roles. Your primary responsibilities will include providing customer support by responding promptly to inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to target technologies. You will deliver remote support and on-site assistance when necessary to ensure timely issue resolution. Furthermore, you will collaborate with clients and network operators to effectively plan and execute maintenance windows. You should be a creative problem solver, comfortable challenging the status quo, and responding rapidly to escalated issues. Your duties will involve defining Maintenance Window Actions, Objectives, and preparing Method of Procedures (MOP) including Execution Steps, Timing, Plan-B/Recovery Options Validation Steps/Methods, and benchmarks. Ensuring technical governance of the maintenance window to guarantee a successful outcome is crucial. You will also lead or contribute to Systems/Service recovery plans for potential failure scenarios. In terms of technologies, you will be working with Palo Alto, Z Scalar, Akamai WAF, and SRX Firewall. It will be essential to provide problem root-cause analysis at the network infrastructure and application level and produce detailed technical reports. Collaboration with the TAC team to recreate issues and drive towards root-cause analysis is expected. Your knowledge of the customer network and operations should be leveraged to shorten the time to resolution during complex situations. Additionally, you will provide technical oversight during maintenance window execution to ensure adherence to established procedures and minimize service interruptions.,
