BIM Business Development Manager hyderabad 3 - 8 years INR 3.5 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic BIM Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our BIM services, software, and consulting solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue in the BIM domain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Strategy Identify potential markets, industries, and clients for BIM products and services. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape strategies. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for BIM offerings. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Generate leads and pursue business opportunities with architects, contractors, developers, and government clients. Consult with clients to understand their BIM needs and recommend tailored solutions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, demos, and technical presentations. 3. Sales & Revenue Generation Drive sales of BIM implementation services, training, and consulting. Create proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. 4. Collaboration with Technical Teams Work closely with BIM managers, engineers, and technical teams to customize solutions. Understand and communicate technical BIM workflows, tools, and deliverables clearly. Translate client requirements into service and product offerings. 5. Branding & Marketing Support Collaborate with marketing to develop BIM-related content, case studies, and campaigns. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars. Contribute to thought leadership via webinars, publications, and presentations. Qualifications & Skills: Any graduate qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in the AEC industry with a focus on BIM. Proven business development, sales, or client management experience in BIM services. Hands-on knowledge of BIM software tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo. Familiarity with Solibri, Tekla, or ArchiCAD is a plus. Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, ISO 19650, IFC, and common data environments (CDE). Knowledge of construction industry trends and digital project delivery platforms.
