The response when we called to enquire for the goods items shifted from Bangalore to check if it's reached or not was handled at it's worst. They don't even care to update the status. If so why should we utilize your service and pay the amount?

First time I travelled from Mangalore to Hubli in SRS. Departed at scheduled time and reached Hubli in time. Neatness of the bus to be improved. Being weekday it was not fully occupied. Would like to improve rating if operator maintains time everytime. Overall satisfied with the service. Will travel again for 2nd experience.

Srs is the worst bus service. They wete delayed by 2-4 hours. There are bed bugs in the blankets. They stop at every 15 minutes to pick people up from Pune which leads to further delay. Worst service. Please do not use this service

Srs from Mangalore to Hyderabad is worst service, suddenly telling to get down at Bengaluru and wait for 2/3 hours for hyderabad bus. When we have booked a ticket from starting point ending point, why we need to change the bus at Bengaluru and wait for 2/3 hours wasting so much of time?Wirst Service.

Worst experience!! from the origin point until destination. Lack of communication by agent. Likewise Bus crew. Overall, misleading staff with pathetic attitude and also mentioned the destination would reach early in the morning, From the current location it will take nearly 3hrs.
