Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / React Specialist with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems, coupled with the ability to lead projects and communicate technical decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of enterprise-level experience in developing applications using UI/Front-End technologies.
• Proven expertise in digital transformation and modernization initiatives, including the conversion of legacy applications to modern stacks using Java, React, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience in delivering large-scale modernization and greenfield SaaS projects.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with React.js workflows such as Redux or Flux
• Familiarity with ES6+ (EcmaScript) features
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js; experience with similar frameworks is a plus
• Experience with isomorphic React (React on both client and server) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of JWT and other modern authorization mechanisms
• Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial
• Practical experience in Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
• Experience working with EJS templating (nice to have)
• Must have experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Ability to read, write, and optimize SQL/DB2 queries
• Experience in Microservices and Serverless Architecture is mandatory
• High proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience in database design, query optimization, and change detection techniques
