Job Responsibilities: Set up, maintain, service, troubleshoot, and commission equipment at customer sites. Conduct operation training for customers on the proper use of equipment. Provide ongoing technical support and ensure smooth operation of equipment for customers. Job Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Service location at Bengaluru, New Delhi, Assam, Hyderabad, Chennai. Possess excellent interpersonal skill and be able to interact effectively with all level of staffs and customers. Proficient in troubleshooting and equipment setup. Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work effectively under pressure. Willingness to work night shifts if required. 3 years’ experience in equipment service and support in Semiconductor Industries will be an added advantage. Good command of written and spoken English.
