SRM Facilitator

• Organize the Solution Review Meeting (SRM), including circulating the agenda, ensure that key stakeholders are invited to the SRM and can attend (Pre-SRM)
• Collaborate with Epic/Initiative Owner to ensure HSD/DTD is finalized and ready to be presented at the SRM. (Pre-SRM)
• Facilitate the SRM (During SRM)
• Ensure the appropriate tools/applications are updated i.e. Jira, Management Suite, Confluence pages to capture the completion of SRM.

Communication and Reporting

• Serve as a SRM ambassador by connecting with stakeholders and providing regular updates and reports.
• Facilitate communication through forums and internal reviews. Ensure clear and consistent messaging across teams and stakeholders. Provide a Weekly Status Report.

Standardize our practices

• Standardize processes to support these types of activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Provide inputs to improve tooling efficiency when applicable.
• Actively contribute to our Power of One ambition by promoting collaboration through this central role, connecting most of HOS IT organizations.
