Can Independently handle of All Projects as per our Project Management Check sheet. 5. Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with automotive industry standards (lATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.). 6. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for identified defects and quality issues. 7. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes such as Sheet Metals, Fabrications, Fasteners, injection molding, machining, and assembly. 8. Required one major core knowledge of Business Development for the EXISTING CUSTOMER NEW BUSINESS mind Strategy type. 9. In-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards (ATF 16949, ISO 9001) and quality management tools (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc.).. 10. Core Knowledge of PPT, Data Making & Proficient in statistical analysis software (MS Office, Excel, etc.) and quality tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa diagrams).. 11. Good written & verbal communication skills 12.
