Key Responsibilities: Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lessons for Kindergarten to Primary school children, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles. Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Establish a nurturing, supportive, and safe classroom environment that promotes creativity, curiosity, and emotional well-being. Promote Language Development: Help students develop their English language skills through engaging activities, storytelling, phonics, and other fun learning strategies. Encourage Critical Thinking: Use innovative teaching techniques to foster creativity, problem-solving, and independent thinking in students. Adapt to Student Needs: Assess the individual learning needs of each student and modify teaching strategies accordingly to ensure all students succeed. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers and staff to plan interdisciplinary lessons and ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students. Parental Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and behavior, and offer guidance on how they can support learning at home. Participate in Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest educational trends and teaching methods, and actively participate in training and workshops to improve teaching skills. Key Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (or equivalent qualifications). Experience: Prior experience in teaching young children (Kindergarten to Primary) is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable ways. Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop fun, engaging, and educational activities that capture students’ attention and encourage active participation. Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new teaching methods, technology, and changing student needs. Energetic & Enthusiastic: A highly active, positive, and motivating personality, able to keep students engaged throughout the day.
