The successful candidate will manage billing, factory documentation, employee attendance, and daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production processes. This role is critical in maintaining operational flow and supporting the overall growth of the manufacturing unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing & Financial Administration Prepare and process job work invoices and internal/external billing related to rubber compounding activities. Coordinate with accounts for GST compliance and timely payments to vendors and service providers. Maintain cost records and assist in budget tracking and reporting. 2. Documentation & Compliance Maintain up-to-date records of batch production, raw material usage, quality control, MSDS, and process parameters. Ensure documentation meets ISO, environmental, and industry-specific regulatory standards. Maintain internal SOPs, calibration records, and safety documentation. Maintain Stock Statements for all customers. 3. Attendance & Staff Management Monitor employee attendance and maintain accurate shift rosters.
