Recruitment & Talent Management: ● Execute recruitment processes for assigned positions ● Assist in manpower planning and recruitment coordination ● Maintain recruitment database and documentation ● Conduct parts of induction programs for new joiners Employee Relations & Engagement: ● Support in implementing company culture initiatives ● Assist in handling employee grievances ● Execute employee engagement activities ● Support performance management processes ● Coordinate training programs ● Assist in maintaining industrial relations ● Oversee day-to-day administration of facilities management - Security, house keeping, canteen etc Compliance & Administration: ● Support compliance with labor laws ● Time office management ● Process payroll inputs and benefits administration ● Maintain employee records and documentation ● Process statutory compliance documents ● Assist in HR audits Required Qualifications : ● 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing ● Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance ● Experience in HRIS and HR documentation ● Basic understanding of industrial relations Desired Skills: ● Manufacturing industry experience preferred ● Good communication skills in English and Hindi ● Strong administrative and organizational abilities ● Proficiency in MS Office ● Understanding of HR best practices ● Basic knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
