We basically involved in external glass facades and elevations Industry GLASS FACADES Functional area Site Execution Job Description / Responsibilities § Understand the scope of the work § Able to read the working or shop drawings § Follow up & deployment of manpower at the site § Facilitating tools, material, power, scaffolding & other related things to smooth execution of the project § Maintaining the material at the dedicated store provided at the site § Forecasting the requirements of material and consumables and coordinating with the purchase team § Daily and timely updating the progress of work at site to superiors § Attending weekly review meetings and update on the work progress § Taking measurements at site and cross checking the fabricators bills § Closely working with accounts and sales team for payment follow up Desired profile of the candidate Hands on experience on glass elevations like unitized & semi unitized glazing, ACP, HPL cladding & spider glazing, Constructions, Desired work experience (in complete years): 1-4Yrs Compensation Offered Based on performance and experience Qualification Diploma with 1-2 Yrs of working Exp or B.Tech with 6-8Yrs (Both Streams - Mechanical / Civil)

Job description & Roles and Responsibilities 1. Understanding the scope of the work from CAD drawings 2. Preparing area statements 3. Optimizing aluminium & glass and prepare a BOQ for a typical area 4. Prepare a quote or sending the BOQ to estimation team § Preparing concept drawings during preparing BOQ § Preparing working drawings / shop drawings / fixing details § Once project is done, preparing as built drawings 5. On need basis, attend the sites before project finalisation 6. Need to closely work with site team and need to visit while executing the project 7. Need to associate the sales team during project finalisation Technical Skills: · Auto CAD with 3-5 yrs of hands-on experience in Facade Industry · Experience in BMS, Inventor & Rivet · Preferably from glass facades & construction lines
