Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor at Sri Shanmugha College of Nursing for Women, located in Sankari. The Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing curriculum, supervising clinical practice, assessing student performance, and conducting research. The role also involves mentoring students, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the administration of academic programs. Qualifications Strong teaching and curriculum development skills Experience in clinical supervision and student assessment Research skills in nursing and healthcare Excellent communication and mentoring abilities PhD in Nursing or a related field, or substantial progress towards a PhD Experience in the healthcare industry and academic administration is a plus
