As a Front Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the reception area to ensure smooth administrative operations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, highlighting the importance of professionalism and strong communication skills in your role. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner, answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing appointments, meetings, and event schedules, organizing and maintaining files, records, and office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, as well as providing administrative support to various departments. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, proficiency in office software and equipment, organizational and problem-solving abilities. While a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, it may not always be required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
