Visit construction sites, dealers, and hardware shops to promote and sell cement and steel products. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site engineers, and dealers. Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications. Ensure timely order booking and follow-up on deliveries and payments. Collect market intelligence – competitor pricing, demand trends, new projects. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the field level. Address customer complaints and coordinate with the internal team for quick resolution. Provide daily/weekly reports on site visits, sales pipeline, and target achievements.
