You will engage in hands-on training and a leadership-focused curriculum at a Marriott International managed hotel. - Participate in discipline-specific training in areas such as Accounting & Finance, Culinary, Engineering, Event Operations, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and more - Engage in mini-rotations to gain insights into managing different hotel functions - Collaborate with senior leaders and coaches to develop your leadership capabilities - Contribute to special projects to enhance your training and skills - Attend management meetings and connect with Voyage participants globally to solve challenges and share innovative ideas - Recently graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year - Hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent higher level education (Associates degree accepted for Culinary) - Possess superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and be a self-starter - Demonstrate a strong desire for personal and professional growth - Have work authorization in the country of application - Students currently enrolled in college/university with an expected graduation date within 12 months may also be considered If selected for the program, you will be immersed in Marriott's culture and diverse portfolio of global brands, setting the stage for future leadership roles within the company.
