Supervise the general administration and maintenance of the hostel premises. Ensure safety, security, and discipline among the hostel residents. Handle student grievances, conflicts, and emergency situations tactfully. Monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the hostel facilities. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and amenities. Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and firmly. Provide support and guidance to students, especially those newly admitted. Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Humanities, Psychology, Social Work, Education, etc.). Prior training in counselling, administration, or student welfare is an advantage.
