Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting. Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, PF, ESI, and audit requirements. Handle working capital management, cash flow, and fund flow to support business operations. Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making. Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies . Develop and implement internal controls, SOPs, and cost optimization measures . Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team ensuring timely and accurate closings. Preferred candidate profile CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA with 5+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience in manufacturing / auto / engineering industry preferred. Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks . Proficiency in ERP/Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools . Strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
