Role & responsibilities Conduct Telemarketing and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for recruitment or client outreach. Search and source property listings on real estate platforms (PropertyGuru, 99.co, etc.). Coordinate and schedule property viewings , follow up with clients, & maintain records. Perform daily administrative and reporting tasks (data entry, Excel tracking, CRM updates). Support digital marketing efforts (posting listings, managing social media post/replies). Ensure timely communication and maintain professional relationships with clients. Perform basic photo and video editing for property media. Ensure accuracy and organization in all tasks assigned. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-focused Personal Assistant to assist in data and document management for our clients real estate operations. This role focuses on supporting daily administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, updating Excel sheets, organizing files on Google Drive, tracking inventory, and uploading listings to property platforms. Candidate should have around 1-3 years of experience as a Telemarketer, BPO or customer care centre. Excellent communication in English (spoken and written). Proficient in WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets/Docs, Excel, Google Drive, online property platforms. Own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection. Ability to work during Singapore office hours (9 AM to 6 PM) Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Clipchamp). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
