We are looking for Senior Executive or Assistant Manager role - Product Design (Lighting Business Unit) - Strong experience in LED Drivers Design. This Opportunity for a reputed MNC Organization based at Thane Location.

Description:

Batten, Bulb, Fixture & decorative lighting.

As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for various aspects of hardware design, calculation, testing, and documentation to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance for the Indoor & outdoor.

Responsibilities:

• Expert in Electronics

  AC-DC LED Driver design

• Responsible for

  NPD schedule.

• Basic knowledge of

  LED Selection

  .
• Responsible for Product reliability testing & Validation according to the standards.
• Knowledge about the

  BIS standards

• Knowledge about the

  EMI/EMC testing & standards

• Knowledge about the

  PCB design

  .
• Prepare project documentation including delivery spec sheets, Bill of Materials (BOM), test reports, and compliance with

  BIS/IS/IEC standards.

• Collaborate with

  vendors and suppliers and quality assurance

  .
• Handle instruments such as oscilloscopes, power analyser, surge generators, and AC-DC power supplies for testing and validation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in LED Bulbs & Batten Products.
• Proven experience 5+ year in electronics hardware design, specifically 2yr for LED Driver design, LED Based Indoor Product design & development.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as BIS/IS/IEC related to lighting products and EMC/EMI compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for technological innovation.
