Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out and construction projects. This role involves managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination from project initiation to handover. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of turnkey interior and construction projects. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and the internal team. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory compliance standards. Resolve on-site and off-site project issues promptly. Conduct regular site visits to track progress and address deviations. Approve material selections, manage procurement timelines, and control costs. Maintain detailed project documentation and provide periodic progress reports. Ensure timely handover of projects with full client satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5–8 years of experience in project management (construction/interiors). Strong knowledge of BOQ, contracts, materials, and execution processes. Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and basic AutoCAD. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
