Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Puducherry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and participating in trade shows and networking events. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Knowledge of the electrical industry, specifically circuit breakers, cable wires, and temperature control boxes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as required
