Operate assigned machinery (e.g., packaging machines, filling lines, mixers, grinders) as per SOPs. Set up machines before shift start, including calibration, cleaning, and material loading. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency. Conduct regular quality checks of output to ensure compliance with specifications. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, damages, or potential issues to the supervisor/maintenance team. Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines. Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Record production data (output, downtime, wastage) accurately in log sheets or ERP system.
