Position Overview: We are hiring a Product Development (PD) Merchandiser who will take full ownership of styles from initial concept development to final shipment. This role demands close coordination with buyers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure that every product is delivered on-time, as per specifications, and within cost targets. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present new seasonal collections to customers. Handle end-to-end buyer communication for development, testing, approvals, order booking, and post-order updates. Work with the cutting teams for marker optimization and initiate fabric & trims procurement for both sampling and production. Manage fabric and garment testing; flag issues or deviations to the buyer and take timely corrective actions. Finalize order plans in collaboration with the production department and ensure alignment with production timelines. Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to the production team, and monitor execution milestones. Track and manage each order through bulk production, finishing, quality checks, and dispatch, keeping buyers updated at every stage.
