Minimum of 6-8 yrswork experience in critical production environments Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelinesandtroubleshooting faileddeployments Implementing system and application monitoring for cloud-based applications and SaaS components setting upappropriate alertsandbuilding dashboards Working knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting by writing queries iskey AWS Cloud Infra operations experienceon production isneeded Understand anddemonstrateapplication of SRE principles, particularly toil reduction, blameless post-mortems,monitoringdistributed systems and releaseengineering Hands-on experiencein writingPythonscriptsand Ansible templatesfor application deploymentautomationor other automations isimportant Ability to diagnose and debug systems at theapplication level (Salesforce preferred)isbeneficial Working experience withMulesoftas an integration platform on production environment ITIL4Foundationcertification ispreferred.
