Job Title: Fireworks Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist Location: Sivakasi Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Fireworks Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries related to fireworks products, entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems, and providing real-world support to customers inquiring about fireworks, whether for retail, events, or safety information. This is a perfect position for someone who enjoys both working with data and providing excellent customer service in a niche, exciting industry. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Management: * Accurately enter customer orders, product details, and inventory information into company systems. * Maintain up-to-date customer databases with details on orders, shipping, and customer preferences. * Organize and manage sales reports, tracking trends, and assisting with data analysis for decision-making. Customer Support: * Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, answering queries related to fireworks products, availability, and safety guidelines. * Assist customers with placing orders, troubleshooting product issues, and resolving complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. * Provide guidance on fireworks usage, safety precautions, and event planning related to fireworks displays. * Friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
