Hiring: Assistant Manager – Sales (Delhi/NCR) We are a Delhi-based beverage company with packaged water and soft drinks in the market. We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales to join our growing team. Location: Delhi/NCR Experience Required: 3–5 years (FMCG / Beverages industry preferred) Key Responsibilities: Generate orders from the market and expand product placement across Delhi/NCR. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to drive effective sales strategies. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure proper product visibility in the market. Execute trade promotions and ensure market compliance. Requirements: Proven 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales (beverages experience is a plus). Strong understanding of Delhi/NCR market and retail trade dynamics. Ability to achieve targets, manage relationships, and drive growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
