Location: Ghaziabad , Indirapuram Industry: Retail / Shopping Mall / Property Management Department: Operations Loss Prevention & Security Reporting To: AGM - Operations Shift Timings - 6 days working Experience - Min. 8 Years to 10 Years Package - 6 to 8 LPA Key Responsibilities Fire & Safety Management Supervision of all fire-fighting systems & safety equipment Conducting fire drills and evacuation exercises Disaster preparedness planning Traffic, Parking & Crowd Control Monitor and control vehicular movements within mall premises Efficient parking space utilization Managing crowd flow during peak hours and events Surveillance & Incident Investigation Oversight of electronic surveillance systems Detailed analysis and documentation of all incidents Implementation of preventive measures Security Operations Security personnel deployment & vigilance planning Patrolling, guarding & theft prevention measures Coordination with local police, fire, and medical services Customer & Retailer Interaction Ensuring safety and security needs of shoppers and tenants Regular feedback and engagement for continuous improvement What Were Looking For Graduate/Postgraduate 8 - 10 years of experience in a Security In-Charge/Manager role, preferably in the retail/shopping mall sector Trained in Security Management, Basic Safety, Rescue & First Aid Uniform and clean shaven policy Proficiency in MS Office Strong leadership, problem-solving, and emergency handling skills Fluency in English; confident and self-driven If Interested candidates can share their CV to bhakti.oasis04@gmail.com or click Apply Contact Details : HR Bhakti bhakti.oasis04@gmail.com
