Sr. Web and Graphics Designer

As a Graphic Designer with at least 4-5 years of designing experience and 1-2 years of team leading, your role will involve creating graphics, banners, landing pages, and websites. You will be responsible for designing wireframes, rapid prototypes, user interfaces, and comp designs, ensuring maximum usability and focusing on user experience. Your tasks will also include designing layouts and templates, as well as creating user interfaces using front-end code in HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript to interface with backend code. Advanced CSS techniques will be utilized to solve design issues effectively. Additionally, you will be required to use the web content management system for editing/creating pages and assisting partner departments with content updates. Implementing cookie code for analytics and dynamic content purposes will be part of your responsibilities. Usability tests on interface designs to ensure cross-browser compatibility, using Test and Target for segmented content delivery, A/B, and multivariate testing, and providing expert design advice on projects are essential aspects of the role. Collaborating with web developers to apply style and user interface design to web applications will also be a key part of your job. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating expert experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript, converting PSD to responsive HTML slices, and working with enterprise Content Management Systems. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Flash, and Visual Studio is required. You should be highly creative, capable of producing original work, and able to develop creative concepts for websites and digital campaigns. A strong online portfolio showcasing design samples is essential. Designing banners, e-mailers, and other graphic assets will also be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you are expected to closely follow technology trends and integrate them into our practices. Being self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
