Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end video production process including ideation, scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, shooting, and post-production.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and design teams to develop compelling video concepts.
• Oversee shoots (both in-studio and on-location) ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate with external vendors, directors, editors, and production crews as required.
• Manage production budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Review and approve edits, sound design, and graphics to ensure alignment with brand tone and quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in video production and digital storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 36 years of experience in video production, preferably in an agency or digital content environment.
• Proficiency with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Creative eye with attention to detail and storytelling.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing branded or corporate content.
• Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or live streaming production.
