You will be joining Open Secret, a company that aims to revolutionize the Indian snack aisle by offering delicious, guilt-free treats made with clean ingredients. As a Video Editor, your role will involve creating visually stunning and engaging video content that will play a crucial role in shaping how Open Secret is perceived online. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce compelling short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. - Develop creative and performance-driven ads for platforms like Meta and Google to drive conversions. - Transform user-generated content and testimonial-style videos into polished branded content. - Utilize motion graphics to create captivating videos using animation, kinetic typography, and transitions. - Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment of video content with campaign objectives. - Stay abreast of trends, formats, and visual styles that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences. - Manage post-production workflows including basic sound mixing, color correction, and exporting in platform-specific formats. Qualifications Required: - Strong creative and aesthetic sense demonstrated through a portfolio of clean, thoughtful, and visually engaging edits. - Proven experience in editing content for social media and digital marketing. - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. - Understanding of storytelling, rhythm, and pace to engage viewers within the first 3 seconds. - Motion design and animation skills are advantageous. - Ability to take direction, receive feedback constructively, and deliver edits promptly. - Basic knowledge of content performance metrics is a plus.
