Sr User Experience / Product Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Skillsoft, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Percipio, the award-winning AI-driven corporate learning platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product and engineering teams to design and optimize features that enhance the learning experience on the Percipio platform. You will translate abstract ideas into usable flows and elegant interfaces, balancing strategic business goals with user needs. Additionally, you will advocate for end-users throughout the design process and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the learning experience on the Percipio platform. - Translate abstract ideas into usable flows and elegant interfaces. - Partner with Product Managers to balance business goals with user needs. - Contribute to the design system for consistent and scalable design patterns. - Advocate for end-users and represent their needs in product development decisions. Qualifications Required: - Human-centered design approach resulting in user-friendly designs. - 5 years of experience in shipping product designs for enterprise or B2B platforms. - Experience in rapid research, testing concepts, and prototype production. - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions. - Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. - Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
