Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Adobe Design as a Senior Experience Designer on the Creative Cloud team, specifically working on Adobe Illustrator. Your main focus will be creating simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences to enhance user workflows in the modern, connected world. With a strong design background and a customer-centric approach, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design "simple, elegant & intuitive" experiences and interactions for user workflows enhancement. - Analyze demographics, needs, and behaviors of Illustrator users through research to approach problems holistically. - Generate design ideas using sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. - Advocate for users by incorporating customer feedback, research, and data analytics to understand user goals deeply. - Develop design strategy, create visions for products and experiences, and present them to senior executives. - Work closely with product managers, senior engineering scientists, and partners to launch new products successfully. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of industry experience in product design with a successful track record. - Ability to solve complex design and technology problems using systems thinking. - Proven history of collaboration with design, product management, software development, and users throughout the design process. - Strong communication skills to explain problem spaces and design decisions effectively. - Creative and analytical skills to support research, synthesize insights, and communicate design opportunities. - Proficiency in facilitating brainstorming sessions, creating compelling presentations, and collaborating on open-ended design projects. - Deep knowledge and experience in various design approaches, methodologies, prototyping, and wireframing. - Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar product design programs.
