1. Making Tool Drawings and Fixtures drawings.
2. Material Requisition and Estimation.
3. Follow-up on various stages of tool making process with Vendors.
4. Assembly of dies and Quality clearance.
5. Maintenance of Tools if breakdowns occurs and Preventive maintenance monitoring.
6. Should be responsible for end to end process on tool manufacturing.
7. Experience in Drawing software AutoCAD and Solidworks.
8. Experience in VMC, CNC Machines and operations
9. Process improvement
10. Implementing kaizen in the process
11. Poke yoke implementation in tools and process
1. Min 5 years to 15 years Experience in Tool Design and development
2. Well versed in Design of various kind of Press Tools, Draw tools, Compound tools, Progressive tools
3. Strong knowledge in Machining process and Heat treatment
4. Knowledge in Die Materials
5. Age Should be below 50 Years.
6. Fluent in English will be added advantage
7. Written and verbal communication must me good
