Sr. Tele caller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and experienced Telecaller to join our hospital team. You will be responsible for answering calls, booking appointments, helping patients with their queries, and coordinating with hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and make outgoing calls.
• Book and confirm patient appointments.
• Share information about hospital services and doctors.
• Follow up with patients for reports, feedback, or rescheduling.
• Keep patient records updated.
• Work with other hospital departments for smooth service.
• Handle patient conversations politely and professionally.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of tele calling experience in a hospital.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital software preferred).
• Able to work in shifts if needed.
• Calm and polite while talking to patients.

Preferred:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Knowledge of hospital software or medical terms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,422.01 - ₹23,876.52 per month
