As a Sr. Technology Consultant at Rockwell Automation, you will play a crucial role in our professional services team. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be based at our Electronic City, Bengaluru office, following a hybrid work model. Your primary responsibilities will include leading end-to-end project management, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies, analyzing project risks, and communicating project progress effectively to stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience and hold an educational qualification in UG/PG (B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA). Proficiency in Project Management Tools like JIRA, Scrum, or Azure is essential. Additionally, experience in Python, Java, Angular, React, SQL, Big Data, or AI will be beneficial. You must have a strong background in risk management, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies. Your ability to develop and track project performance goals and facilitate effective communication at the management level will be critical. Having exposure to domains such as Pharma, Manufacturing, or Environmental projects will be a plus.
