Sr Technical Lead-Oracle HCM OTL

You will be responsible for managing and executing the migration of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) systems. This includes analyzing current systems, developing migration strategies, implementing new technical solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Oracle applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on client requirements, writing and debugging Fast Formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud, providing technical support and guidance to the HR team and end-users, and working closely with the project team to ensure successful migration and implementation. You must have proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in its functionalities, capabilities, and limitations. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of Core HR processes and the ability to implement and configure them in Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience in writing and debugging Fast Formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Knowledge of AI applications for HR, absence management systems and processes, talent management processes and systems, workforce compensation processes and systems, benefits processes and systems, time and labor processes and systems, as well as project management skills are preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities, are essential for this role.
