Sr. Technical Architect - SCPO

You will be part of a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company, recognized as one of Glassdoor's Best Places to Work. We are looking for an astute individual with a strong technical foundation and hands-on implementation experience. You will work closely with the broader technical team, possessing deep knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to implement them while collaborating with platform and product teams. Your core responsibilities will include technical architecting, integration, implementation, testing, and training for a ground-up cloud-native solution focused on demand and supply planning for the Manufacturing & Retail Industry segment. You will be part of the NPI Incubation & Lighthouse team within the Product Development organization, responsible for various activities such as Demo, PoC, customer implementation, solution training, and support for NPI solutions across demand, IBP, and supply planning. As a key member of the team, you will drive technical architecture and lead a team of technical consultants and developers in solution implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, and custom projects. You will also be involved in technical configuration of new products, PoC, and demo activities, contributing towards reusability and automation to streamline implementation processes. Your role will involve conducting technical analysis sessions with customers to understand their needs and develop appropriate technical solutions. You will design and develop platform workflows, integration scripts, data mapping, and data modeling. Additionally, you will provide technical support to the team, including quality assurance, troubleshooting, system testing, and programming. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM, along with 7 to 12 years of experience in the software industry. Ideally, you should have experience in technical leadership roles and a background in Supply Chain Planning. Proficiency in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions, along with expertise in microservices-based architecture and cloud scalability, is essential. Moreover, you should have hands-on development skills, experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and familiarity with technologies like Snowflake, Oracle PL/SQL, Python scripting, and Power BI. Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms in the supply chain domain and expertise in data engineering using Python libraries will be advantageous.
