As a Senior Talent Development Partner at Adobe, you will be part of the Employee Experience Business Unit based in Noida or Bangalore. The Global Talent Development and Talent Management teams at Adobe are focused on accelerating the development of exceptional leaders and employees worldwide. The India team plays a crucial role in shaping and driving the India Talent Development and Talent Management Charter. The primary challenge in this role lies in developing and driving the Tech Excellence Strategy for Adobe India in partnership with the business. Key focus areas include conceptualizing and owning the Tech Talent development strategy, building a strong pipeline of Tech leaders, collaborating with the business to design and implement "Tech Communities" charters, developing early-mid career tech talent, and fostering a culture of Gen AI First in all endeavors. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the development of senior leaders and leadership bench in India, as well as implementing a Talent Management strategy focused on the identification, development, and retention of high-potential senior leaders. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of related experience in Human Resources with a bachelor's or master's degree. The ability to problem-solve and envision long-term technical leadership aligning with organizational strategic goals is essential. Cultivating relationships with key collaborators globally, staying abreast of industry and tech trends, defining capability frameworks, and implementing new-age learning methodologies are also critical for success.
