Sr TA Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MKS Instruments, you will play a critical role in partnering with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to hire exceptional talent. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join a global team focused on delivering for customers and fostering your growth as a recruiting professional. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage your schedule and delivery with a customer-centric mindset. - Act as a talent advisor to recommend effective hiring strategies. - Handle full cycle recruiting processes, including Intake and Advisement Meetings, Targeted Recruiting, Candidate Funnel Management, and more. - Support the development of TA programs and suggest improvements in recruitment processes and tools. - Foster strong internal relationships with TA peers, HR, Total Rewards, and business units. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree, with industry certifications as a plus. - Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruiting in a corporate environment, particularly in Core Engineering or Technical functions. - Experience with ATS, preferably Workday, is necessary. - Proficiency in coordinating with stakeholders across different time zones. In addition, preference will be given to candidates with experience in optical, lasers, photonics, semiconductor industries. Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities are essential throughout the recruiting process. Familiarity with Talent Intelligence or Market Labor tools would be advantageous.,
