Job Description

The Role Responsible for overseeing production environments, optimizing application performance, and managing incidents. You'll support code deployment, automate processes, design monitoring/alerting mechanisms, and lead CI/CD pipeline operations. You will also, enhancing DevOps automation and practices, while maintaining system health by monitoring availability, latency, and reliability. The ability to troubleshoot application issues and provide feedback to development teams is essential. Skills Requirements Mandatory Skillset: Linux, shell scripting, ITIL/ITSM, basic SQL, Jenkins (CI/CD), Groovy scripting/YAML, Git/Bitbucket, monitoring tools (Splunk/Dynatrace preferred), basic Ansible/Chef knowledge. Good to have: Event framework architecture.
