About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Storage and Backup Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise storage and backup solutions for our clients. This is a key technical role requiring hands-on expertise in storage technologies, backup solutions, and cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable storage and backup solutions based on client needs
Evaluate new storage and backup technologies to improve efficiency
Lead migration and integration of storage/backup systems with existing IT environments
Provide technical support during pre-sales activities (proposals, solution presentations)
Build and maintain strong client relationships and advise on storage strategies
Mentor junior engineers and share best practices
Create clear documentation (design diagrams, procedures, guides)

Experience & Skills Required

Experience
: • 8+ years in storage & backup solutions design & implementation • Experience in enterprise storage platforms (NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, HPE) • Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Rubrik) • Worked with storage protocols like Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB
Cloud Skills
: • Exposure to Cloud Storage and Backup (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Soft Skills
: • Good communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Client-facing and customer service focus

Preferred Background

Experience working for IT Resellers, Solution Providers, or OEMs
