Role Summary

Looking for an experienced supply chain risk and compliance professional to manage due diligence and supplier assurance processes, with a strong focus on Coupa modules and third-party risk management tools. This includes oversight of Coupa SIM, Coupa CRA (RPMA), and integration/configuration of related tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize supplier due diligence and assurance processes, including performance management
• Configure and maintain workflows in

  Coupa CRA (RPMA)

• Maintain risk domains/questionnaires within Coupa
• Oversee Coupa integration and support issue resolution
• Coordinate with procurement teams to align with evolving needs
• Monitor and adapt to Coupa technical updates

Collaboration With

• Global and regional due-diligence teams
• Assurance project managers
• Procurement leadership

Requirements

• Strong understanding of supply chain and supplier management
• Hands-on experience with

  Coupa SIM, CRA, P2P

  , and configuration
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
