Sr. Software Tester

Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties Identify and report bugs and issues in the software during the testing process. Participate in the Agile process, contributing to the timely delivery of quality software. Attend daily Scrum meetings and collaborate with the development team to discuss testing progress. Prepare and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing. Ensure that software meets quality standards and aligns with user requirements before release. Collaborate with developers to understand new features and create effective test strategies. Track and validate bug fixes and improvements to ensure their resolution. Provide feedback on software usability, reliability, and user experience. Assist in automating repetitive test cases to enhance efficiency and coverage. Tools & Knowledge Required: Jira JMeter BrowserStack Postman Appium Selenium STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) Bug Life Cycle Bug Reporting Bug Tracking Tools & Other Basic Testing Tools Technical Skills & Qualification: A bachelors degree in computer science, or a related field. Acceptance & System Testing Integration & Unit Testing Functional & UI/UX Testing Compatibility & Load Testing API Testing Automation testing in web application and mobile application
