Sr. Software Engineer(.NET)

Role Overview: As Autodesk transitions to cloud data services, they are building a core cloud fabric and kernel to support their customer-facing systems. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to assist in building an interoperability data platform that connects existing products with the cloud data platform. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of ownership, be proficient in building optimized systems, and capable of working in cross-platform environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement reusable and modular components for existing applications and services. - Break down complex problems into smaller components and provide clear solutions. - Develop highly efficient solutions for processing large datasets. - Write testable and maintainable code to ensure robust software. - Utilize analytics to measure performance and monitor availability. - Create public-facing API and SDK documentation. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to build integrated solutions. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in C# with recent exposure to .NET 8. - Proficiency in building and consuming HTTP and other APIs. - Experience in multi-threading and concurrent programming patterns. - Familiarity with container-based solutions like docker/kubernetes. - Knowledge of build automation and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to work in Linux and Windows environments. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
