Sr. Software Engineer (RPA UI/UX Developer)

In this role as a UI/UX Developer at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces for RPA related tasks, websites, applications, and other software. Your work will involve combining user-centered design principles with visual design to enhance user satisfaction and engagement, bridging the gap between user needs and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Design user flows, site maps, and information architecture to create clear and efficient navigation. - Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. - Create visually appealing interfaces using color palettes, typography, imagery, and other design elements. - Design specific UI elements like buttons, forms, icons, and navigation menus. - Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and ensure the design is intuitive and user-friendly. - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT. - Strong experience in UI/UX tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. - Portfolio of design projects showcasing web or mobile application work. - Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Wireframe.cc and InVision. - Up-to-date knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. - Good time-management skills. - BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
